Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit ONLY!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All sale items and accessories are a final sale. 

To return an online purchase, please email us at hello@shopjacclothing.com and let us know your order number and which item you will be returning. Please send all shipments back to Jac Clothing at 6012 Line Avenue Shreveport, Louisiana 71106. Once the item has been received and inspected we will issue you an online credit.
